Refund policy
Delivery of your generated report is what you are paying for. If the report fails to generate, your purchase is refunded in full. Once the report has generated and been delivered, the sale is final.

What “fails to generate” means
This is deliberately narrow and concrete, so that it can be applied the same way every time. A report failed to generate if, after your payment went through, either of the following is true:
- The report does not render at all.
- The report renders without the plan comparison — the before / after payment table that is the substance of the analysis.
How to request a refund
Email support@clevara.co and describe what you saw. We reply within two business days. Refunds are returned to the card used for the purchase.
You do not need to argue the case. If the report did not generate, the purchase is refunded.
Why the sale is final after delivery
The report is a digital product delivered immediately and in full. Before you pay, you are shown how many loans your file holds, your total balance, and exactly what the report covers — and the sample report shows the complete format at no charge. Once the analysis has been generated and delivered, it cannot be returned.
This is stated on the payment step as well, above the button, so that it is known before any money changes hands rather than discovered afterward.

Clevara is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no account, and nothing to cancel or renew.
